David Otis Fuller was a graduate of Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois and Princeton Theological Seminary. He pastored Chelsea Baptist Church in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and the well known Wealthy Street Baptist Church in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
